Just a Reflections

When you look back on your life, you realize that everything that happened to you was nothing but a blessing from Allah Subhanahu wa taala. All these wrong people you met, all these paths you've been lost in, all these hardships you've been afflicted with, know that all of this was written by Allah Subhanahu wa taala. It is your own book. Be proud. I know it was not that easy but you had to go through it to finally be at peace with your heart and to become the person you are today. When everything gets tough, remember that nothing happens by chance but by Allah Subhanahu wa taala.

Self Motivation is "There is nothing more comforting than knowing that my Allah will never leave me."

Self-confidence comes from depending upon Allah and knowing that He is there to help you, protect you and shower His mercies upon you: He has placed upon you a burden you cannot shoulder for {on no soul does Allah place a burden greater than it can bear.} {Al-Baqarah 2: 286)

Ya Allah, please ease my path. Guide my imaan. Guide my every single actions. Guide me to love for Your sake. Protect what is in my heart. What lies in the future, only You know. Verily, Allah is All-Knower, Most Merciful and Most Gracious.” Aameen...

The Holy Prophet ﷺ is reported by An-Nawwas bin Sam`an : 

(Allah has set an example: a Sirat (straight path) that is surrounded by two walls on both sides, with several open doors within the walls covered with curtains. There is a caller on the gate of the Sirat who heralds, ‘O people! Stay on the path and do not deviate from it.’ Meanwhile, a caller from above the path is also warning any person who wants to open any of these doors, ‘Woe unto you! Do not open it, for if you open it you will pass through.’ The straight path is Islam; the two walls are Allah’s set limits, while the doors resemble what Allah has prohibited. The caller on the gate of the Sirat is the Book of Allah, while the caller above the Sirat is Allah’s admonishment in the heart of every Muslim.)

Weak Imaan: Live, enjoy as if you’ll die tomorrow 

Strong Imaan: Worship Allah as if you’ll die tomorrow 

Weak Imaan: Please yourself 

Strong Imaan: Please Allah

Weak Imaan: Follow what you believe and your desires.

Strong Imaan: Follow the Qur’an and the Sunnah.

Weak Imaan: Leave it to luck.

Strong Imaan: Leave it to Allah

Weak Imaan: Enjoy yourself, you are still young

Strong Imaan: Seek knowledge, you are still young

Weak Imaan: Commit sin: don’t worry, no one will know

Strong Imaan: Stay away from sin. Allah is the all seeing, hearing, knowing 

Weak Imaan: I’ll start tomorrow In shaa Allah

Strong Imaan: Right now!

Weak Imaan: I am too young to die

Strong Imaan: Death can take your soul any second...

"We need Allah every hour, every day. Every heartbeat, every breath, every bite of food, every ray of sunshine."

"We need Him when we are poor and sick, and when we’re rich and robust. We need Him when we’re starving in the gutter, or cruising on top of the world. "

"We depend on Allah more than a newborn baby depends on its mother, even when we don’t see it."

The Prophet ( Peace be upon him) said:

"Remember Allah during times of ease and He will remember you in times of difficulty."

The Prophet ﷺ said: "The most beloved people to Allah (swt) are those who help and benefit others the most, and the most beloved actions to Allah (swt), is pleasure and happiness that you cause to enter the heart of a Muslim, or to solve one of his problems, or to pay off his debt, or to prevent him from being hungry, and working to help my Muslim brother is more beloved to me than making I’tikaf in this masjid for a month, and whoever controls his anger, Allah will conceal his faults, and whoever controls his ill feelings, Allah (swt) will fill his heart with contentment on the day of Judgment, and whoever strives to help fulfill a need for his Muslim brother, Allah will make his feet steadfast on the day of Judgment, and bad manners ruin good deeds just like vinegar ruins honey."
